The first thing that really hits me about this picture is the water and the way the buildings and the sky is reflected

The composition is very good in this picture the ratio the sky and ground is very good, i lovethe way the bigger part of the cluster of buildings are in the middle then you have that one second on the right hand side.

the shutterspeed is always very important whilst taking a picture because you have to let the right amount of light in and i think that 1/60 was/is a perfect shutter speed just theright amount of light is let in.

despite the picture being amazing, i do think there is room for improvement, posssibly a higher iso as, i know quality. also editing to make it sharper possibly because there is so much lovely detail here is really a shame not to get it sharper.

Last but not least i think the ratio is good, like i have said but i do think you could incorporate more of thewater to get reflections to create a different dimention to the picture, really good work!
